Cellcept - phone approval required

Doctor forgot to call Department of Health to get phone approval for Cellcept. We call her the first time to let her know, the second time was 3 weeks later.... she still hasn't gotten around to write out a new script...

3 months later, the patient walks into the pharmacy with a new script. He says this is a new one coz the old one had a problem with it. I look at the script.

Guess what.

The phone approval number was BLANK. AGAIN.

I don't get it. We spoke to the doctor personally on 2 previous occasions to fix up the mistake. She hasn't done it. So when the patient went to get a new script, she didn't even bother looking at the script. All she did was press re-reprint on her computer and out the script came.... 

Told the patient, we already told the doctor to fix her mistake, but she still hasn't fix the mistake. Go back and tell the doctor to call to get phone approval first. 


Lazy doctor. She doesn't open her eyes when she's writing out scripts. Picked up so many mistakes from her. 

I already wasted my time to call you. Go fix it up yourself and pls make the effort to pick up the phone and get phone approval. Not every script is just reprint. Your job is not always just 'press reprint'. 

So much time on your hands. You had 3 months to do it. Still haven't done it yet. 

Mind you. She is NOT a busy doctor. All the doctors are always fully booked out. But her, patients only see her if they are a)walk-ins or b)can't be bothered waiting for the other doctors.

I mean, if i had a problem, I wouldn't waste my time seeing her. She's clueless, she writes the wrong medicine and instructions all the time.

OMG, was the doctor day-dreaming again? She just presses the print button and don't even bother looking at it. Did she listen to us when we called her up the last 2 times?!?!?!? 

Useless and waste of time.

I told the patient he needs to go back to see the doctor coz the doctor hasn't done jack-all. Highlighted the part she needs to fill out.

Farout, a dr is not just sit in your room and press the reprint button. Make the effort and call  the Department of Health for approval!!!!! 

I know i would never see this doctor. She's clueless and she's known for that. All the pharmacists here at work just snicker when we see a script from her, seeing what mistake she's made this time. 

She's not very popular either. Her appointment book is never full. She only seems to see walk-ins coz she's crap and noone wants to see her. I saw her once. Thought I wasted my time doing that. Just sat there talked for 2 min and then swiped my Medicare Card. Never again man.
