Are you blind? Or is it that you can't read?

A guy comes in to the pharmacy asking for: "Panadol. Paracetamol."

I point to the shelf behind him. Me: "Yep its just on the top shelf right behind you."

He turns around and what does he do? Pick up a bottle of Nurofen and asks me: "Is this Panadol?"

I walk over to the shelf and point it out using my hands: "No that's Nurofen. Panadol is here and here." 

He still looks at me blankly.... "Oh ok. What is this? A different flavour?"

Me: "No its a completely different product. You were asking for Panadol. PARACETAMOL. These are it, not the one you're holding."

I don't get it. You speak to me in English yet you can't read what the product name is. It's like you haven't taken Panadol ever before and don't know what the packaging looks like.....
