Asking if a liquid is a liquid

A lady comes into the pharmacy asking for Pentavite liquid for kids so I walked her over to the shelf where we keep it and show her. She comes to the dispensary afterwards and asks me holding the bottle in her hand: 

Her: "Sorry I just wanted to ask you is this liquid form?"
Me: " Yes it says on the bottle its liquid."
Her: "Also do you know the price of this?"
Me: " The price is on the shelf where you got it from."
Her: "And one more thing, it says here its 1-12 years. Does that mean its for 1-12 years?"
Me: " Ummm, yes its 1-12 years."
Me: " Is there anything else I can help you with?"
Her: " No that's all. Thank you."

Now to illustrate the bottle in question. It looks like this. I think answers to 2 of her questions were clearly labelled on the packaging.
