So its unimportant - why did you ask me?

An Indian man comes into the pharmacy requesting a '3 in 1 drop that you can use in the eyes, nose and throat' coz its available overseas. I go there's no such thing here in Australia. 
Him: "Are you sure? Its available overseas and its really good. Its a product made by Glaxo."
Me: "What's the name? I can check for you but I doubt it."
Him: "No its ok. I'll check with the doctor, he might know."

Comes back later with a script for Voltaren Rapid 50mg. So i curiously asked him: "Oh did you end up asking your doctor about that drop?"
Him: "No I didn't ask him. I'll ask him next time. Its not my priority atm and I was seeing him about other problems."
Me: "Oh well you could of asked him if he knew of such product whilst you were in there?"
Him: "Its not important so i didn't ask him."
Me: "Oh ok. Coz i thought you wanted to know when you came in to ask me before..."

Anywayz, I dispense the script. And as I was about to counsel him on the Voltaren Rapid: "This is for pain, just take 2 tablets after ......."
Him: "Is that Nurofen Plus behind you?"
Me: "Yes but you're taking Voltaren alr....."
Him: "Yeh how much is it?"
Me: "Price is marked."
Him: "How many tablets?"
Me: "That's the 12 pack."
Him: "Ok." Now he grabs the Voltaren and starts looking at it.

Me: "You know how to take it right? Coz I was trying to explain to you before but seems like you know already."
Him: "I haven't."
Me: "Yep instructions are clearly written on the label."
Me: "Anyway, total is $14.50."

He pays and leaves.

Hate ppl who cut me off during counselling. Fine since you don't want to listen to me, I'll just won't say anything extra. All i require is your money because I don't need your appreciation anymore. And if you wanted to know about these weirdo products that are only available overseas then just get it overseas. But don't walk into the pharmacy to act all smart then don't even attempt to ask doctor about your stupid concerns? If it wasn't important, then why walk into the pharmacy in the first place to bother me? Blah.
