The Answer is: NO

Lady wants to buy lancets for freestyle lite and wanted to know if it was covered. I said the strips are covered but not the lancets. 

She: "Are the lancets covered?"

Me: "No they're not. Only the strips are."

She: "So do i need a prescription?"

Me: "No."

She: "Don't i get discounts for these?"

Me: "No."

She: "Hold on. you don't understand what I'm saying. You're answering NO to everything."

Me: "Yes I understand. I'm answering No because the answer is No." 

She: "Coz this happened last time with the strips."

Me: "Like I said before, the strips are covered but the lancets are not. That's why the answer to ur questions are No."

LOL. Tell me why would I say No if the answer is Yes and why would I say Yes if the answer is No.... because Yes and No are clearly opposites. If the answer is No, the answer is No. Or do people think I say No because I can't be bothered listening to the question?
