Distraction #2

This lady comes in with a postit note from the doctor to get the following products from the pharmacy: 
Glycoprep-C (lemon flavour) - 3 litres
Senokot Tablets

Lady points to the first item and says she wants that. 
Me: "Oh so only the first one?"
She: "Yes"

So I go over to the S3 section and grab the Glycopreps we had. I only had Glycoprep (normal flavour) 3L and Glycoprep-C (lemon) 1L. 
Me: We don't have the lemon flavour in the 3L, only in the 1L. If you don't mind, you can use the 3L in the normal flavour which is the same thing.
She: "Hmmmm...... do you have this?" (points to the Senokot on the list)
Me: "Yes"
She: "Where is it? Can I have it please?"
Me: "Ok its on the shelf overthere. So which one of the Glycoprep did you want?"
She: "What's the difference between them?"

Me looks at her. DID YOU NOT LISTEN TO A WORD I SAID BEFORE ??!?!?!?!

First she totally ignores what I said to her and asked me about the second product when she hasn't even confirmed her first product. And then she asks me what's the difference between the 2 when I have already explained it to her. Are ppl being impatient or what? We do one thing at a time, don't ask me about something else when we haven't finished with what you originally asked for in the first place. They get distracted so easily and they don't concentrate on what ur saying either.
