I received a call from a customer the other day. She said she bought some huggies and baby formula and when she got home she realised she forgot to take the Karicare milk can. She's paid for it but couldn't find and thinks she may have left it behind at the pharmacy.
So i put her on hold and go ask the girls and check the front counter to see if there's a can of Karicare left behind. Usually if a customer leaves their meds or purchases behind, we put it aside for them with a receipt attached. Searched everywhere and we couldn't find any.
I tell the lady i asked the girls and searched the counters and there's nothing left behind. This is her reply.
Me: Sorry unfortunately I searched everywhere and there doesn't seem to be anything left behind.
She: Ok. Then what do I do now?
Me: There's nothing here. Perhaps another customer took ur bag or maybe you misplaced it somewhere?
She: No I meant what is my son gonna do with no formula?
Me: Ummm you buy a new one?
She: You serious? Can't you call Yasser or Haisam?
Me: Well they're not in today. If you wanna speak to them then call back tmr.
She: that's just not good enough. This is ridiculous.
Me: mmmm yeh ok. is there anything else that i can help you with?
She: ok then. bye.
Me: goodbye.
Seriously. You lost your bag of purchases due to your carelessness and you expect the store to give you another can for free and bear the losses? what kind of logic is that?
