Non-PBS

Guy comes in to ask for some ear wax drops. I show him Waxsol. He blows out at me saying his a pensioner and that he only pays for $5.60. I keep on explaining him that its not covered on pension. He doesn't believe me..... so he runs to the medical centre and complains.

Comes back with a script. Tried to be cocky and said 'see told you i can get it for a cheaper.' Guess what the script said? Waxsol.

I showed him the same thing I showed him earlier. Even with a script its not covered on pension. The government doesn't cover EVERYTHING in the store. I highlight the words on the script for him: 'non-PBS' mate. Non-PBS means its NOT covered on pension/health care/medicare

He accepts defeat but still thinks its expensive. Gave him an alternative Cerumol $2 cheaper.... blah... some people. Waste my time and waste dr's time. Actually he also wasted his own time by seeing the dr, when I already showed him Waxsol in the first place.
